Pieces are produced in limited numbers based on the orders placed during the window. Because each run is made to order, please allow production time before your gear ships. There are no restocks — sold-out drops are archived for good.
All gear ships from Tenerife, Canary Islands via Correos. Delivery times depend on Correos and your destination — once a parcel is handed over we have no control over transit speed, and we can't guarantee a delivery date.
Flat shipping rates, added to your order after we confirm your destination:
We ship from the Canary Islands, which sit outside the EU VAT and customs union. That means orders going to mainland Spain, the rest of the EU, and other countries may be charged import duties, VAT, or customs fees when the parcel arrives in your country.
These charges are set and collected by your local customs authority. They are not included in your order total or shipping cost, and CVLTS has no way to calculate or control them. Any import duties, taxes, or handling fees are the buyer's responsibility. Refusing a parcel to avoid these charges does not qualify for a refund.
If something is wrong with your order — a fault or an error on our end — you may request a return within 7 days of receiving it.
Because every piece is a made-to-order limited run, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing — check the size guide before you order, and email us if you're unsure.
